Poor career growth in non engineering/business facing units During the early days of the company you would have been presented with great opportunities to really make a difference- The caveat is that you will find your position/departmental structure/managerial structure constantly moving under your feet. If you crave structure and consistency this is not the company for you. Change is good, but too much change is also bad. Most of the changes occurring within the company are due to poor leadership structure.

Managers are horrible. Most of the them were promoted from within. This has not worked well with this company. Many have no education or an associates degree level from a community college. This would be on the Operations side. On the Corporate side there is still mediocre managers in place, and everyone seems to play politics. I would like to point out that the operations side is so dysfunctional that it will probably bring down the company. There are many illegal activities that happen on the operations side allegedly. Managers stealing from the corporate allowances for bonuses for the employees, also employees that are stealing account information from the customers that are based in the US and the UK allegedly. There is many illegal things going on in the company that are being brushed under the rug. All of this allegedly rumored to happen by the employees that have been there the longest. This is not the place for best practices and a good work ethic. This is just the tip of the Ice-burg and Enova is the Titantic.
