Thanks for taking the time to write about your experience. I'm glad our investment in training and personal growth is something you were able to take advantage of. Ours is a dynamic business, technology is always changing, so making sure people can develop new skills and try new ideas is really important. In terms of managers and feedback, as you heard we do take the bi-annual culture and pulse surveys seriously and see them as an opportunity to improve. That data is incorporated at all levels -- company, department, and individual engineering teams. Feedback generally is important -- it's why I do one-on-one discussions with people across Tech throughout the year and why we do short "vibe" surveys. And it's a shared responsibility -- people need to give constructive feedback as well on how to improve.
