There are some very talented and nice people that work here. There are no other pros that I can honestly come up with.

Cons

Management is atrocious, benefits are poor. There is very little leadership and what leadership is present needs to be replaced. Poor decision making, I've seen girl scout cookie stands which ran better than this company. Egos outweigh common sense. There are a lot of people in the wrong positions making decisions that affect us all.
