Pros

You get a chair and desk. Decent time off and work life balance. You can live in Nashville and drive against traffic. That's probably the greatest benefit.

Cons

Management is untrustworthy and lies to employees. Very low pay. Nepotism reigns. Strange, strange work environment. Used to be a team oriented workplace that made money, but now it's about covering your behind and looking busy. What was once two healthy companies is now one struggling mess of an operation. Pathetic.
