Company van, equipment, expense card, PTO, sick days, health benefits and FSA.

Cons

Schedule, they will promise you you will be done and be able to go home to your family and slam you with another case. Regions assigned are ridiculously spread out, and they hire 3rd party techs to do the 4th level work.
