Cons

Unfortunately, Renovate Medical is missing the mark in quality and customer care. The merger eliminated the strength of the company. Enovate Medical is missing Enovate. Transition south will ultimately lead to reduced market share and another buyout. Short term employment option only.

Pros

I have been sitting here for 15 minutes. I honestly can't think of anything.

Cons

Leadership values profit and revenue far more than satisfying their customers. New customers gained are offset by customers lost. Customer support is awful. New customers will like the product and the company until there is an issue. Then your phone and email will blow up because nobody at corporate is helping. Want a promotion? Nope. Promoting from within is a thing of the past. They will look for some old vet from another company who has "industry knowledge" rather than someone who knows the product inside and out. Raise. Nope. Payroll freeze.
