I have to credit my current success to my time here. I learned a lot and gained invaluable experience in my field. It’s a great company for personal and career growth.

Cons

Pros

Management has a clear vision for the company. They know where they want to take things and they have a plan to get there. I have no doubt in my mind that Enovate is headed for even greater success in 2021.

Cons

There’s always room for improvement, but I’m not the type to focus on the negatives.

Pros

I was so thankful to be working at a company like Enovate this past year. Not only were we safe from any redundancies or firings, we were also able to help out those on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19 and help them improve efficiency and increase productivity. I know the situation in hospitals across the country was bad, but I can’t even imagine how much worse it would have been without our technology.

Cons

It was an extremely hectic year! Lots of work to do and it always felt like there were never enough people on the team to get it all done.
