•constant restructures •lower than market salary •6 paid holidays •toxic positivity work environment •expensive health insurance •very little growth potential in mid level careers •used ‘salaried’ position to squeeze as much out of you as they can•’your duties extend beyond your job description’ belief is a HUGE red flag.

Cons

Leadership style of bullying, shaming, intimidation. Feels like high school. Micromanagement. Productivity expectations unrealistic. The environment has become quite toxic. This company has lost it's focus.

The company executives care about their employees. Wonderful benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Very strict on missing any days of work. You will get points anytime you miss without preapproval with at least two weeks in advance even if you or your child is sick. If you are 3 seconds late clocking in that is half a point. At 6 points you get a verbal and at 8 you get wrote up and the next...well you won't have a job.

Thanks for your feedback, and for taking the time to share your experience. We did want to respond to respond about our time and attendance policy. Yes, we are very strict about being on time when you work for our company. We do this for many reasons. One of the most important reasons is patient safety and making sure we have the right number of people working at or supporting our client hospitals. But it’s also about how we treat our fellow associates. Most members of our team work 8 or 12 hour shifts. At the end of a long day, you’re ready to go home. When someone shows up late, for whatever reason, it means that person has to stay at work even longer until the next person arrives. Whether it’s one minute or one hour, it’s not fair to the person having to wait for the late teammate to show up. We’re all in this together at Ensemble to work toward a common goal as a team. Nobody gets a pass on this. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
