Expectations set very high with no rewards. Short staffed, with no intentions of hiring. The company could careless about off site employees, or employees that work for contracted hospitals. You are simply just a number and if your doing great they won’t ever tell you and if your doing bad they don’t seem to care. The salary is not comparable to the hours put in and the work that is expected. Employees that work for ensemble directly are the only ones rewarded and appreciated and acknowledged. Incentives are only received if the team completes what they need to do, but other employees can go above and beyond their numbers and get nothing. Company is a scam for contracted employees. Only thing that matters to this company is numbers and money. Not worth the stress and timeless effort put in. DON’t DRINK THE KOOL-AID.

Management smiles in your face and talks behind your back, lack of training, high expectations but no one to provide you with resources needed to succeed. Very high turnover and management has no idea how to lead. If you want to feel as if you’re in high school again with a bunch of bullies and feel as if you have to be apart of a clique then this is perfect for you.
