The salary is mediocre for the positions. I didn’t realize this until I began looking and interviewing elsewhere. EHP is paying about $65000 per year for my position where other companies pay $85000-100000 per year on average. From what I see, other departments and positions are the same, grossly underpaid for the work being done. Bonuses are a percent of yearly for the annual incentive plan, which would be great if the pay was higher.

Monotonous work, low pay, raises are barely 20 cents a year, holiday party gifts are taxed and employees have to pay taxes on them, always expect you to go above and beyond your job description… but they don’t pay you for it. They say they offer competitive wages but I’ve been here for YEARS and barely making $15. Work from home employees don’t get recognized and are not appreciated like those in the office. They started hiring employees Globally ( mostly from India) to spend less on wages. Work quality has dropped since then. I’ve not been able to make a move to a higher position and that’s because I work from home. We don’t receive the same opportunities as those in office. Benefits aren’t that great either.
