Part of that change was navigating the COVID-19 pandemic. We proudly did not layoff any associates. We transitioned associates quickly from the office to working remotely, providing them the opportunity to have a healthy and comfortable working environment, as well as the opportunity for flex scheduling and a positive work-life balance.
