At Ensemble, we encourage open and honest communication, actively reminding our associates that the best way to create change is to propose it to their immediate supervisor. Communication with each other, our team members, and leaders across the company is imperative to the success of Ensemble and the results we produce for our clients. Each and every day, our associates have DIBS meetings, which offers the chance to meet with their team and their leaders to talk about what’s working, ways to improve processes and things that are going on around the company. Our weekly associate communication, Ensemble Weekly, provides not only updates about the company but also tools and resources to support associate’s success both professionally and personally. Our President, Shannon White, also distributes a weekly Sunday e-mail to all associates offering guidance and inspiration that encourages associates to not only be The Difference at Ensemble, but in their everyday lives. Soon, this e-mail will transition to a Podcast format and associates will choose the topics they want to hear about. During our quarterly Town Halls, associates have the opportunity to hear directly from Ensemble leadership about companywide updates and the future of Ensemble. During the Town Halls, associates are able to submit ‘Fishbowl Questions’ that our leaders read and answer candidly. Our intranet, TEDI, provides access to all things Ensemble, including the latest company news, and offers tools associates can use to communicate with each other. Additionally, we have a quarterly review process where feedback is provided directly to all associates by their leaders. Our associates are always encouraged to contact our Shannon directly if they feel there is an issue that isn’t being properly addressed by their direct leader.
