Ample PTO for those who are salaried.

Cons

Awful leaders allowed to get away with horrible behavior. HR does nothing to protect the little guys. Expected to work 50-60 hour weeks without any option for higher compensation.

Pros

Flexible schedule, great management, remote work. I am lucky and have really good managers and can make my own schedule but not all are like that.

Cons

Low pay, horrible yearly raises, significant outsourcing to offshore contract employees, little opportunity for growth/advancement. The company is disinterested in retaining their current, experienced employees in favor of allowing their positions to be filled by contracted offshore workers. Yearly raises are insignificant and bonuses are not a guarantee due to they are dependent on department performance. If you want to move up, you must be a part of a program that gives much more work/responsibilities with no additional compensation incentive.

That they are not the only company out there and they are no longer best in KLASS by having the BSMH bandwagon crew vote in their favor

Cons

Leadership is a joke. A bunch of good ole friends. PEOPLE FIRST LAST ALWAYS is a joke. Pucker up and you might be safe to stay in the same position. You will not go any where. Treat your teams like feces and get promoted. Treat your team with values and be told your not a good leader..
