      Job security but high stress level & unproductive leadership

      Remote Flexible schedule in some departments (AR was one)

      Cons

      Horrible leadership communication. They send generic emails talking about plans to improve the company but that is not the case. They are VERY good at finding reasons as to why they did not do XYZ. Very little room for bonus. You can recover a bonus for perfect attendance: the highest I ever revived for perfect attendance in 1 quarter was just shy of $300
