      Pros

      Ensemble compensates well but few other companies offer greater senior leaders; Ensemble believes in their associates and supports their vision, drive, or direction like from their SVPs to CEOs From the very top down, they really try to support innovation and senior leaders truly do believe in the wellbeing and enforcing work-life balance for their employees..that is a benefit than cannot be undersold. The ROAR senior leadership is tremendous and you won't get better education in the field.
