      Pros

      They encourage personal and professional growth and development. Leaders encourage ideas and suggestions from everyone. Quarterly Town Hall Meetings everyone is included in. Incentive pay for company meeting quarterly goals. I feel I can trust management here.

      Cons

      Working some rotating weekends and having to make up for holiday time off (but this is health care and becoming the norm everywhere).

      Pros

      Ensemble Health Partners is a great place to work. The team is hard working and passionate. They are passionate about delivering for the client. They genuinely care about the associates. I have been able to learn and grow with the company in a supportive environment. I am so glad I became part of the Ensemble team.

      Cons

      I currently do not have any con's. In my experience, Ensemble has been very open minded to feedback and then adjust as/if needed.
