Pros
I worked for another revenue cycle competitor of Ensemble for 11.5 years before coming to Ensemble. The first thing that sold me was the 2 hours the President of the Company spent at our second day of orientation I do not have a degree and was brought in as a Sr Manager. She made me feel like I was just as important as everyone else and more importantly, valued because of my experience which is why they hired me. I will be there a year Feb 18. I was promoted to a Director in 6 months and still love every minute of working for this company. Their culture is amazing. They value, respect and listen to each employee, from all levels, and treat them the same. They put time, money and energy into keeping their employees engaged and in providing a safe and healthy work environment. They are building a new building and included a day care, fitness area, showers, medical office, and so much more. They respect each persons diversity and individuality without question. They do not discriminate in any way, and I say that with 100% confidence as a gay male. They put on amazing fun events for their associates including holiday meals, summer events, xmas partys, etc. They send cards for your birthday as well as Mother's and Father's day whether you are one or not. They send gifts to their remote employees. Ensemble contributes to the community at all their locations. They consistently break records in this area.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the company is growing so fast we can't find people as fast as we need them so if you are qualified to work in our industry please consider a job at Ensemble Health.
