This Company is a breath of fresh air!!

This company has a culture that welcomes you. They live and breath "One-for-all-and-all-for-one, and People first last and always. Does your company have a cake party for all staff every month for birthdays? This one does! Does your company embrace having faith and having it empower you? Does your company have all level of leadership walking or emailing distance away, even the CEO! She will email or call you if you reach out to her. THIS COMPANY DOES!!! They have an associate based group that plans and speaks for staff. They make all decisions with a majority of associates approval or guidance! I could go on and on about this company! I have been in all types of work and company type and you can feel the care they have for their people first and then then people we serve! They have great benefits, and better ones coming with a move to a new building.

Cons

Every company has these, but they are growing pains and adapting in a super fast growing industry. But every Con that gets brought up, its not brushed off it is looked at and dealt with.

- Constantly growing organization so there are lots of opportunities to develop and look for a promotion - Engaging company culture that is lived out by upper management - Good in network benefits - Large focus on employee development (They pay for you to get revenue cycle certified) - Great co-workers - Rewarding industry

Cons

- Due to the rapid growth of the organization, communication can sometimes be a bit rocky, as people change roles and new associates come in - Sometimes middle management doesn't seem to be as engaged with the front level employees as some of the Senior leadership

Ensemble is a fast-growing company that has shined well above their competitors in the industry. The growth speaks for itself and reflects the impact the company has on the revenue cycle world. Ensemble represents with a solid cultural foundation, values and highly motivated individuals that strive to make a difference. They work hard at trying to improve the company as a whole on a daily basis, this includes benefits, incentives, PTO accrual, etc. I am happy to be apart of this growing company that strives to make a difference in the revenue cycle world.
