      Pros

      I have worked for this company for a little over a year now and I could not have asked for a better company to work for. From day one I have been treated like I belong. My voice matters. This company is all about its associates. Leadership is so down to earth and are always willing to listen. They want you to grow within the company and they provide you with all the tools you need and then some to help you reach your potential. I have nothing negative to say about Ensemble Health Partners. I look forward to building a career here and to see all the endless opportunities Ensemble Health Partners has to offer.

      Cons

      All companies have their issues. Thank god we have great leadership who are always there when needed and are always looking for ways to better our work environment.

      Pros

      Absolutely AMAZING Culture - I've never worked in an environment such as this. The Training and Education Dept. (which I worked in most recently) is absolutely the best department I've ever worked in. Training and Education Leadership provides autonomy, open communication, availability, positive professional challenges, and the list goes on.

      Cons

      The company is growing at an exponential rate which at times seems to potentially bite off more than it can chew. This is felt throughout many departments; I'm assuming this is something young companies experience as they strive to solidify themselves in the marketplace.

      Pros

      Ensemble provides associates an environment to learn, grow and have fun while working hard for clients. I began as an associate and am now a manager working with a prominent program in the company. Leaders are supportive and work with you to meet your goals.

      Cons

      All companies have struggles, but leaders work hard to rectify any issues that occur.
