      Internal growth opportunities are always present. You will always have opportunities to learn new areas of the revenue cycle. The company’s culture is very much improved over where it was 2-3 years ago, and associate satisfaction is always the top priority.

      Cons

      There are always growing pains when a company expands as quickly as Ensemble, but the foundation for supporting growth has remained stable.

      Definitely lots of work to do

      Too much overtime, was told working sundays would eliminate that need. Needing to make up hours due to being off for a holiday, can’t just have the day off?? = lack of family time. $$ does not make up for that.
