They are a well organized employer. They offer pretty good benefits.

Cons

They act as a third party for the organization that I work at which creates all kinds of headaches. Additionally their pay scale is very low for the work that is required in my department. I'm talking 10-15 /hr

I have to say I have worked for many large healthcare organizations and I cannot name any that are more generous to the communities they service than we are at Ensemble Health Partners! Our associates are the difference makers. We are partners and teammates in all we do for our internal and external clients. Partners search for the win-win solutions to difficult issues and embrace the changes that are taking place every day in our industry.

One of the best thing about working here is the people. We have such a great team, who really want to work and make in impact in healthcare. We are constantly finding ways to do things better, smarter. I also like that our leadership team wants our feedback and is willing to listen to our ideas and make changes if it benefit us and our clients. This company challenges me and inspire me to want reach for what seem impossible. It is a great feeling to accomplish something that most people might think is impossible and to have support to help you accomplish your goal. I really love challenge and feels like I am making a difference in healthcare while working with an amazing team.

Cons

For me personally, the most challenging thing is finding the time to do everything that I want to do and time to take advantage of the opportunity that is available for me.
