      Even working remotely, I feel included in company functions and events although I may not be able to participate because I am remote, I like the feeling of inclusiveness. I like the fact that Ensemble encourages and makes available the opportunity to all staff to educate and improve upon themselves. I really like what I do and that I was trusted enough to help develop and grow our team.

      The company is NEW! The limits are boundless and the possibilities are endless. What doesn't work today can be changed tomorrow. FUN is what we live for. The more we can incorporate FUN into work the harder we work. We create the people we want to work with today, tomorrow and each day after. If you’re an A PLAYER then you feel like a CEO every day!

      There are so many opportunities to be better than we were yesterday not all of them can take shape at once. Literally waiting for the next big WOW moment at work kills me.
