You will agree to disagree with some things, but it’s best for the company bottom line and you as an employee! The only cons I have and I’m begging please.. better insurance. The insurance is horrible! I know that y’all have competitors, but it’s not fair we cannot receive care at hospitals that are Ensemble competitors (it’s consider out of network whether you have mercy plus or the choice plan). Additionally, it’s not fair that we have a doctor in network but services can only be provided at a mercy hospital (ex: surgery) :-(

I have worked at Ensemble full time for 5 years and have been a S.M.A.R.T. (Specialized Mentor And Revcycle Trainer) for the past 3 years. Some great leaders and upper management. They are committed to growing you if that is your goal. Everyone treats each other with respect.

Cons

I can not think of anything. Maybe because it takes maturity to know and see when something is good. I am proud & grateful to work at Ensemble Health Partners with great leadership and a caring people.
