Lack of organization, passive and lazy leadership

Pros

They offer volunteer opportunities and invest in employee activities (i.e. Lip Sync Battle, Summer Fun Day, etc.)

Cons

Too many people in "leadership". There's no need for team leads, supervisors and managers. Managers show favoritism and department is unorganized. Leadership gives participation trophies instead of rewarding associates who take initiative and show an interest in advancement. All they care about is production numbers. Benefits aren't that great.

I actually just started employment here & an unfortunate situation occurred while I was in my probation period to where I could have lost my job had this been any other employer. Not only did they assist me with help, they reached out & made sure I was ok & able to make it into work. Now you tell me, what job out here do we know that would help a new employee that's still under their probation period so that they wouldn't lose their job. Well here at Ensemble, they did just that for me. When they say we're family, they mean just that. You truly matter. The training/mentors they assign you with are incredible. They make sure your set up with every tool you need to perform your job. They want you to do your best to succeed & move up the career ladder. The best part I've seen is that your opinion matters & does not go unheard. If your looking for a great place to work where you feel appreciated & that you matter. If your looking for a job where you enjoy going to & the atmosphere is peaceful. Then Ensemble Health Partners is where you need to be!!!

Working with a team of brilliant people! Everyone takes pride and ownership in everything that they do. Leadership encourages innovation and professional development.

Cons

None so far. Aside from how cold Ohio gets in the winter there haven’t been any issues or situations that could qualify as a con.
