This organization is steeped in toxicity. I have both experienced and witnessed bullying, verbal abuse (being yelled at, cussed at, demoralized) falsification of employees’ performance/documentation and repeated cover ups of these behaviors. I’ve witnessed countless times where high performing leaders have left the organization. I’ve also witnessed countless times where individuals are terrified of their leader/leadership team but will not report the behavior due to fear of retaliation. HR's lack of support for employees is glaring, as they seem more aligned with toxic leadership than with the wellbeing of their best workers. Thus adding fuel to this rapidly growing dumpster fire. Adding to this dire situation is the shocking lack of diversity at the Director level and above, which is unlike any company I've encountered. The promotion of bullying, toxic leadership, and workplace abuse is deeply disheartening, with no signs of positive change on the horizon. I have never experienced this level of toxic behavior and abuse in an organization.

Low pay, they just restructured their bonuses and are now minuscule if we are even able to meet their metrics to get one, raises are a joke, you have to track your entire day minute by minute on their "down time tracker" to ensure you are meeting their productivity requirements, lots of off shore contractors that don't really seem educated enough to the job correctly which in turn causes more work, no incentive to get further certifications, they dont like hearing employees complain about their pay they get very defensive and bring gratitude into the conversation... well sorry but gratitude doesnt pay the bills... they do not match 401k they give like $250 (might be less) a year towards your 401k. This year we got a $10 holiday bonus.
