Emotional Damage - Needs ELT Overhaul

Networking opportunities with wonderful operators.

Cons

Workload, no trust - tight grip on all operations, erratic emails/demands/requests from ELT, expectations, pay, strategic planning doesn't exist, support services is never available like they should be because their workload is ridiculous (so many more come to mind)

There is plenty of work

1. Salary not in line with industry and they will not provide a salary range for your position 2. More interested in growing the company than growing existing employees 3. Our Dept was always putting out fires. We could not plan our workday because there was always an emergency somewhere that had to be dealt with right away. I blame management for this. 4. Micromanagement is all they do. Direct supervisors can't jump in help because they do not know how to perform our job. I have many more cons but you get the idea.

Pros

Great benefits, employee perks, celebrations, and an onboarding experience. Plenty of good people.

Cons

Not diverse. There are no people of color in the executive leadership. Don't ask about it. They have a lot of written materials about diversity, but you can't tell me that out of almost 20 executive hires, you couldn't find qualified people of color to fill many off these roles.
