      Enjoyable work and team, but poor leadership and support

      I enjoy the actual work, and the team I work with.

      Cons

      This company does NOT value their employees or even recognize them as human beings. Leadership is a joke--everytime I ask a question, I'm told to find the answer myself using AI or the gargantuan company intranet that is wieldy and time-consuming. Productivity expectations are completely unrealistic. I had hoped to make a career here, but 9 months in I'm now just passing time there until I find something else.

      Cons

      Training for new hires was left to established workers, they did not like training new employees. Outdated software and systems. Very clique environment
