      Low Pay, Executives Don't Listen, and Bonuses Rarely Happen

      Work somewhat at your own pace Remained mostly remote for majority of employees

      Cons

      They can't create universal systems to work for every client HIPAA violations constantly Employees act like they're in high school I started out around $15/hour, while employees of 9+ years made less than me Executives will skim off the top of the bonus pool, which takes away from the goal we made so no one receives a bonus Executives think a Christmas giveaway that affects 5% of their employees is better than an actual holiday bonus Childcare on site is not operating, but they want more than a daycare costs once it reopens

      Communication with each other, our team members, leaders, and across the company is imperative to the success of Ensemble and the results that we produce for our clients. Each and every day our associates have the chance to meet with their team and their leader to talk about what’s working, ways to improve, and things that are going on around the company. Every week, our senior leadership team sends out communication to all of our associates, no matter their location. We have a newsletter, a company intranet, additional weekly e-mails that are sent to our associates, and many other different ways that we communicate across our company.       Not enough pay and micromanaging

      Pros

      Remote, remote, and remote are the only pros I can think of

      Cons

      Low pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. Even tho it’s remote the micromanaging is so bad you feel like ur in an office with the whole “management team” breathing over ur shoulder. I’ve been in management before and never treated employees aa a walking target. Definitely not a comfortable work environment and can be very toxic mentally. I swear sometimes giving a person a title can get to their heads! Stay humble people.
