      Love my coworkers, hate Non-Ops leadership

      Pros

      Some truly good people to work with. Operators, Technicians, Supervisors, Engineers that want to make things better. New site leader has given us a glimmer of hope for site improvement.

      Cons

      Site HR leadership that doesn’t understand Human Relationships has continued to destroy moral. Focus on looking good has trumped actually doing good. Too focused on short term finance numbers at expense of long term investment.

      Pros

      The people are great and I like the overall environment

      Cons

      First of all they pay on the low range compared to the market as well as give "dry promotions". The company isn't a non for profit therefore if I have to work a lot harder and help the companies bottom line I need to be compensated. This is why they have a hard time keeping good people and struggle.

      Pros

      Not very diversified and cutting good people is the norm here when shareholders speak up or the market dips. Constant change and poor senior leadership causes a lot of fear, resentment and competition to avoid getting the axe. Wanting to improve existing lines is almost impossible with the lack of capital funding and constant push back by IT. Pay is fair.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for advancement if you don’t kiss up or one of those that are willing turn a blind eye to poor decisions. Sr leadership is lacking the core values that used to make this a great company to work at.
