There are some good people trying to do the right thing in a very difficult environment...

Cons

... but Third rate company run by good people with fourth rate management and leadership skills, and second rate technical talent at best. If you are technically strong, stay away or see your abilities waste away and good work being wasted.

Some management is very unprofessional and there is no support when you have issues with retaliation and poor leadership.
