      Pros

      Pay feels pretty good PTO isn't tracked (non-hourly) Work schedule is pretty flexible for non-hourly, which can be good or bad depending on your preference Environment is nice Option to buy company stock at a reduced price

      Cons

      Everyone is stretched pretty thin, which leads to some firefighting Benefits are meh, but where really has good benefits these days? Quite a bit of turnover for how well the company is doing at the moment

      I really enjoy my co-workers and I have a great boss that I report to. The company makes significant investments in new product development and capital for product volume expansion.

      Cons

      SAP is a system that we are expected to use, but the training model is to let employees complete a task and get feedback on how the task was performed wrong.
