      Pros

      The benefits are great, the insurance is reasonably priced, I love the 401 and Stock options. I have an extremely supportive manager that encourages personal development. Great communication from leadership and love that the company encourage creativity and innovation. I have grown so much in my skills, experience, and career since joining Entegris. I enjoy the people I work with and am happy to work with people that support one another.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is the same thing you would experience anywhere, the occasional stress of work. Nothing a little PTO can't fix, and I love that we have the open PTO plan for exempt employees.

      Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, promotes internally, very team oriented atmosphere, standard benefits, unlimited PTO, good work-life balance.

      Cons

      I can genuinely say that there are no cons, overall a great place to work.

      Pros

      Busy, easy work, good hours, excellent annual bonus, room to advance, good pay, climate controlled work environment, good insurance program, receive PTO on first paycheck, excellent retirement programs and again, EASY work.

      Cons

      24/7 company, don't shut down too often for holidays.
