      Flexibility, lots of good talented people. Pay/benefits are decent.

      Poor middle management. ZERO employee development. Big disconnect between management and employees.

      Pros

      Good people at my organization. They do try hard.

      Cons

      The culture of Entegris is like the federal government. More layers of people who have to touch anything to get a simple approval. That's when they let anyone outside of their central control points even touch anything. Great style, if you're living and working in the '70s.

      Compensation and benefits are above average.

      Cons

      PTO can't be negotiated because it's not defined or "centrally tracked". The reality is much like any other company that keeps track of your PTO - they just take away your ability to negotiate it. Boss was very competent, but didn't communicate or manage people very well.
