      Too many processes, out of touch date with LEAN processes, corporate policies strangle your day to day work, too much bureaucracy

      Pros

      The salary was competitive and there were many challenges to overcome. The health benefits were fair.

      Cons

      The company continues to lose revenue and jobs. People are constantly afraid of the next layoff. They senior managers get big stock blocks of options and the rest of the workforce gets a pink slip.

      Great work life balance while you are there

      Cons

      Very cold and impersonal when it comes time for reduction in force. They are playing the cards right with smaller lay-offs over the year vs one massive one so it doesn't get reported.
