Huge culture shift to "not good enough" and "not fast enough" mentality, including blaming and finger pointing. Highly stressful workloads and unrealistic deadlines from upper management have become the norm. Very poor job security. Quick to layoff anyone including good, talented workers without fully understanding the reppercussions. CONSTANT company reorganizations.

1. Terrible leadership. Corporate leaders are all financial guys with no concept of how a manufacturing company should be operated. 2. Growth through acquisition leads to a mish-mash of products, systems, and organizations that don't operate together well at all. Awful integration of new companies. They proclaim synergies to the investors but don't come close to delivering on those promises. 3. Dishonest when acquiring companies. They make many promises to the leaders of the acquisition target, leading them to agree to the buyout. Then they destroy everything that made that company great.
