      People are friendly, work was relatively easy

      At times workload is high and being one of the few in a specific department management rushes you to put out work fast resulting in bad pieces.

      Pros

      Over the last couple of years the management team has really made an effort to change the culture of the company and to invest more in the employees than I have seen in the past. It is nice to see some increase in employee relation activities, even if they are small (bagels, popcorn, ice cream, pizza, etc). Sometimes a little goes a long way and is appreciated.

      Cons

      There has been quite a few organizational changes. All justified but a lot!
