Good company, still stuck in the past in some ways of thinking

Pros

Good company, trying to improve employee moral and culture. Company is doing very well financially and is in growth mode so we are seeing more employee activities which is nice.

Cons

Would like to see more opportunities for advancement - I see the same people in management roles moving around and not the lower level workers.

Challenging work environment, always testing your skill set

Cons

Management is all about consolidation and merging business units into as small of a space as possible. Cut throat deadlines and near impossible expectations for issues out of an employees control

Pros

Great benefits including 5% match on 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). The ESPP allows employees to buy stock twice a year at a 15% discount.

Cons

Very few company-wide/family events since I've been here. Very dirty around plant due to Graphite Management is somewhat disconnected from actual on-goings of plant.
