Good benefits, sometimes stressful work but pretty good overall

Pros
Good bonuses, stock options, usually clear management style, rewards employees for good work, not the kost diverse but better than other companies I have worked for and they are working on it. I am currently able to work 10-50% of my time st work depending on the week.
Cons
Raises aren't as competitive, MA plants have alot of people but not enough space though they are working on this, sometimes priorities change quickly and there can be evening meetings when working with global sites, sometimes it is necessary to be on call depending on your roll. The covid rules keep changing and at this point many people do jot wear masks. Health insurance is not as good as other plans but still pretty good.
