      A company that doesn't know what industry they want to be in.

      Pros

      Good benefits, salary and bonuses.

      Cons

      No focus, trying to be in too many industries: pharmaceuticals, catalysts, specialty chemicals, electronics. As a result, they do everything mediocre. No synergy between segments, project management, R&D, Analytical, purchasing, shipping, sourcing, facilities, EH&S, IT and manufacturing departments all have issues with systems, procedures and lack of consistency.

      Great workplace

      Pros

      Decent benefits, including "unlimited" PTO for salaried employees, and management largely seems to care about their employee's personal and professional growth. I’ve really loved working here these past years and hope to continue my career with this company.

      Cons

      Annual pay raises could be better, and the provided health insurance could be better as well.

      Pros

      Pay feels pretty good PTO isn't tracked (non-hourly) Work schedule is pretty flexible for non-hourly, which can be good or bad depending on your preference Environment is nice Option to buy company stock at a reduced price

      Cons

      Everyone is stretched pretty thin, which leads to some firefighting Benefits are meh, but where really has good benefits these days? Quite a bit of turnover for how well the company is doing at the moment
