Pros

Great supervisor and my team works well with eachother. I enjoy the challenging work. There are decent benefits.

Cons

Mandated to PTO, included unpaid for some Operators, while leadership was unaffected. Culture of fear when working with HR team. Site leadership feels dishonest and selfish.

NPD ---They believe in thier people. They promote thier people. They provide training education, and family considerstion. I been here 4 years im in the best group NPD We are a diverdified, Team oreinted, n empower the employees. Everyone works together, we get results. I get any support I need, and couldnt be happier and more satisfied with my managemrnt and my superiors they are true leaders, Mentors, and belive in us.

Cons

Reading a False review on here, in which the acusations are totaly false vendictive and hateful. unwarrented and nothing more than a discruntled employee NPD- ENGINER who was released , that review could not be farther from the truth...that reviewer should be sued for dafamation.
