      Expect High Demand and Zero Flexibility. Senior Leaders make agreements & then deny them later. When escalated for ethics violations, employee was terminated.

      Good Employees, Toxic Leadership

      Pros

      I have respectful peers who work well as a team. Shift manager works hard and is always available and engaged with my team. Operators care and want to do the right things.

      Cons

      HR team is defensive and can be toxic. Lack of trust has caused a lack of reporting. Site leader manages, but displays no leadership. Several instances of failure to pay employees due to fault of company from leave status, lack of paperwork, or failure of leave coordinator.
