Pros

WLB, people are kind and helpful, flexible if sick or appointments, r & d management is great atm.

Cons

Pay is way worse than Tesla/Samsung so all the talented techs are leaving. Hr won’t give raises but if you have an offer they all of a sudden have huge raise for you. Do not take it!!! They lay people off and you will be first. growth Is horrible. If you want advancements good luck! Burnet is cramped and groups fighting over space. Hard to attract talent so you take what you can get. Processes extremely manual.

Top down approach. Lack of proper communication. Not hearing suggestions or feedback promptly. Lack of collaboration
