      Good teamwork. A lot of good people.

      Cons

      Bad upper management. When layoffs happen they sometimes let good people go and keep the kissers.

      It is a job that pays the bills.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Internal processes are so manual and tedious that continuous improvement is not possible. EOY and mid-year reviews are tied directly to bonuses.
