Paycheck comes on time each pay period

Cons

A lot of the leadership lives in NY collecting big checks and bonuses while those on the properties (large minority population) are penny pinched. Abusive culture with those at the top leading with arrogance and cold hearts. Complete opposite of founders intention. Let’s hope some of the money from Mackenzie Scott falls into the hands of those making the least but are doing the hard work and long hours. Culture of dysfunction and people last mentality. Shameful.

Used to be an excellent place to work before CEO turnover a few years ago.

Cons

Leadership couldn't care less about employees and their wellbeing and career growth. It's gone from a mission-driven organization with the community at its heart and soul to a money-grab with the bottom line above absolutely everything else. Good employees aren't given growth opportunities, and people are leaving like rats off a sinking ship.
