Leadership leaves a lot to be desired. No information is shared; everything is kept behind close doors. People within my own department are obnoxious. No team consistency.

Cons

"Entrepreneurial" spirit leads to mission creep and lack of focus. Weird competitiveness among senior program leadership is detrimental to the success of the overall organization.
