Great mission to help low income people access housing; great vacation and holiday policy; lots of inspired, smart people; located in Columbia

Cons

Too many Vice Presidents, few true leaders; loud cubicle environment; constant barrage of cliches and corporate buzzwords; ineffective, time consuming goal setting process
