Pros

The company does provide comprehensive training in the aspects of people and business management. If the employee is willing to conform to the company's intense way of life he will be rewarded.

Cons

The work/life balance is often spoken of but is not really respected. Employees are often put in difficult customer serivce situations and not backed up by management. People in middle management are often the scape goats for both the puerile actions of subordinates and for upper level management mistakes.

Pros

Best entry level to a Business career you can ever imagine. You will learn know how to become a business owner; Sales, management, balance a ledger, underwriting, account relations, marketing. You will find that coming out of Enterprise you become a jack of all trades, given if you were in management. It does have a fun and sales culture to it.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. You will work long hours, 7am to 7pm sometimes, 6-7 days a week. You are expected to come in business attire(suit, tie) and occasionally wash cars!!!! You bend over backwards for customers that in some cases end up screwing you over.

Pros

Many companies know Enterprise for its training and will recruit you out of Enterprise. Also, you have many corporate customers that you can market, giving you the chance to get out!

Cons

Enterprise just went through all of the bonuses for commissioned employees and reduced their commission percentages because "costs are going down," which means the company is going to be saving money, and they are going to pay their employees less so they will make more money for their pockets.
