      A private company that has become a company run like a corporation.

      Pros

      Great place to start a career. Fun people. Decent benefits. You'll make some good business contacts along the way. That is all.

      Cons

      The industry has been stagnant. The opportunities to advance quickly and earn a significant salary, are long gone. Be prepared to wash a lot of cars and work long hours, for very little compensation.

      Pros

      By working in small office environment you get to learn a lot about how things are ran. Also sales skills are put to the test because you can charge WHATEVER you want for a car and insurance on vehicles is stressed.

      Cons

      LONG hours. 55+. As an intern is was not bad pay. Just a small amount less than the management trainees.

      Pros

      The great discount on rentals. The benfits aren't that bad either. There is also always a family event going on.

      Cons

      The point system used for attendance is lousy and set up for you to be fired. The reviews are bad also.
