      Long Hours, Low Pay, Political, Clickish, but a good place to start and get experience right out of college.

      You are given a lot of responsibility at a young age once promoted to Asst. Manager and Manager.

      Long hours Low Pay Promotions are done by who the area managers like best political don't ask to take a day off it is looked down on now work life balance working saturdays Have to wash cars with a tie on have to was cars in the freezing cold What have you done for me today attitude by management

      Your effort dictates your success, they have employee incentives, management are usually good motivators, fast paced, discounts on car rentals

      Cons

      It was described as an opportunity to gain professional and financial success in a short time. I was often told you could potentially earn 6-figures within 3 years of working there. This is probably true, but you have to be willing to give your life away. The hours are CRAZY! For someone who is a classic, money-drive salesperson at heart, this is a job you can succeed in. If you're not a salesperson at heart, I wouldn't even waste your time with this company. It is not for you, just like it wasn't for me. I hated the fact that we had a strict dress business-attire dress code yet were expected to wash cars in the Miami heat. I understand they want to show you the ropes from the ground up, but really, this is not necessary.
