      Performance based promotions, company car once you become a manager, good vacation and choice time off, good benefits, good management experience

      Cons

      Too many hours! Be prepared to work 50+ hours closer to 60+ hours for management. Have to deal with a lot of angry customers as the majority of your business is due to replacement rentals ie. the customer has just been in an accident and they take it out on you. The economy has hurt the car industry so they are feeling it now.

      Cons

      Long long hours with very little pay. Considerate managers are very small in numbers, even then they cannot be any help because of upper management. Promotions are decided even before applications are taken in. As an unspoken rule, the after hour activities are mandotary, especially if you want to get promoted.

      competitive pay, ability to move up the company ladder if you are a talent sales person

      Cons

      completely focused on sales; the company would rather have high sales performance and okay customer service than great customer service and okay sales. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE people that take vacations are made to feel guilty if they do so and people are constantly called in on their days off to work
